This Legal Notice identifies the business that owns and operates selenalondon.com, in accordance with the French Law for Confidence in the Digital Economy (Loi pour la Confiance dans l'Économie Numérique, LCEN, Article 6-III) and the information obligations that apply to online retailers selling into the United Kingdom.

Publication director

Under Article 6-III of the LCEN, every French website must name a "directeur de la publication" (publication director), the individual legally responsible for the content published on the site. For a sole trader such as JLA Marketing, this is the natural person who owns and operates the business identified in Section 1.

Hosting provider
