Selenalondon is the trading name of JLA Marketing, a company established and registered in Paris, France. Despite the name, we are not a UK company — we are a French retailer that has chosen to sell exclusively to customers in the United Kingdom, which is why every part of this page, and every policy linked from it, is written with UK shoppers in mind.
Our catalogue is deliberately focused rather than sprawling. We work across four categories — sandals, dresses, footwear and three-piece linen sets — because we would rather curate a smaller range of pieces we're confident in than compete on volume. Every product on Selenalondon is sourced through carefully selected production and fulfilment partners rather than made in-house. We choose which styles to list, write the descriptions, set GBP pricing, and manage the order from checkout through to delivery — but the physical manufacturing sits with our partner network, which is a normal and widely used model for online fashion retail.
Because listings are compiled from partner-supplied photography and specifications, we ask that you treat colour, fit and finish as close representations rather than exact guarantees, and we cross-check descriptions before publishing to keep them accurate. If anything you receive doesn't match its listing, our returns process below applies in full.

30-day returns, 10-day refunds
You can return an eligible item within 30 days of delivery — well beyond the 14-day statutory minimum under UK distance-selling law. Where our customers shop
Because we sell only to the United Kingdom, UK consumer law governs your purchase. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Each product page is written from supplier specifications, sample photography and, where possible, our own review of the item. Sizing, colour and material details reflect the manufacturer's information; because textiles and finishes can vary slightly between production batches, we describe fit using general guidance (such as "relaxed fit" or "true to size") rather than promising an exact match to any one body shape.

All orders are dispatched from France to UK addresses only. Because parcels cross from the EU into the UK, they are handled in line with current HMRC requirements for overseas sellers, so the price you pay at checkout is the price you're expected to pay — we do not knowingly leave applicable charges to be collected on delivery. You may return most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn and in their original condition and packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
