My July-TBR

Today I am going to post my July-TBR book-list for this month. In this TBR there are some great books that look really amazing. The books are right-up my alley. I am really excited to read them. I can’t wait to start to read and to write my thoughts down about the books here. Check-out more details on the five books that I’ve chosen for my July-TBR book-list below:

How to Be Famous

How to Be Famous is a novel written by the author named Caitlin Moran. How to Be Famous is about a girl named Johanna Morrigan, otherwise known as Dolly Wilde. Morrigan is a nineteen-year-old British girl. She lives in her own flat in the city of London. Morrigan writes for a music magazine. As Morrigan’s fame rises she starts her own magazine column about how “The Famouses” truly live. Her magazine brings her closer to stardom.

This books sounds really good. I can’t wait to learn more about Johanna Morrigan. She sounds like a cool person. I hope this book lives up-to my expectations.

Summer in the Invisible City

Summer in the Invisible City is a novel by the author named Juliana Romano. Summer in the Invisible City is a coming-of-age novel. The books is about a girl named Sadie Bell. Sadie has a lot of hopes for the summer. However, she didn’t expect to meet Sam. Sam is a funny and free-thinking boy that changes everything. But Sadie and Sam are just friends… can they learn to be more than that?

I am the most excited to read this book. Summer in the Invisible City sounds like a great novel for adolescents and for teenagers. I think everyone can relate to a book about someone’s first-love. I can’t wait to read this.

My Life with the Walter Boys

My Life with the Walter Boys is a novel written by the author named Ali Novak. My Life with the Walter Boys was originally a Wattpad novel, but it was turned into a published novel.

My Life with the Walter Boys is about a girl named Jackie Howard. Jackie likes things to be perfect–and she likes being perfect. But her world is turned upside-down when her parents die in a car accident. Suddenly, Jackie must move in with her new guardians, the Walters. The Walters have eleven sons and one daughter. Things prove to be chaotic at Jackie’s new home.

This book sounds really good. It’s great to read a book like this that was once a Wattpad novel. I love to support new writers and I love to support young writers. I can’t wait to see what this book has in store.

First There was Forever

First There was Forever is a novel written by the author named Juliana Romano. The author of this novel is the same author who wrote Summer in the Invisible City. I’m really excited to read this author’s books to see how she is as a writer.

First There was Forever is a novel about two girls named Lima and Hailey. Lima and Hailey are best friends. However, they are growing apart. Now, all Hailey cares about is partying and hanging out with her cooler friends. While Lima grows apart from Hailey she grows closer to a boy named Nate. However, Nate is Hailey’s guy. What’s a girl to do?

I think this book is something that I can relate to. Sometimes when you grow-up and change your friendships may fall to the wayside. I guess that’s something that can happen whether or not you expect it to.

Summer State of Mind

Summer State of Mind is a novel written by the author named Jen Calonita. Summer State of Mind is about a girl named Harper McAllister. Harper is fifteen-years-young. She loves to shop and to hang-out with her two best-friends. However, Harper’s credit card bills get too expensive for her parents to deal with. So, they decide to ship Harper off-to summer camp.

Summer camp is an unfamiliar place to Harper. She’s at the bottom-of-the-social ladder there. But, there’s a cute guy at summer camp named Ethan who might bring some fun to Harper’s summer.

This book sounds like a perfect book to read for this summer. I can’t wait to read about Harper and all the things she gets into. This book looks great.

_____

That’s it for my July-TBR book-list. I’m excited to read these five books. They all seem amazing. The book I’m most interested to-read is the novel Summer in the Invisible City. I will read the book named My Life with the Walter Boys last.

Stay tuned to this blog to read my reviews of these five books.

Until then…

Always with infinite love,
Selena London
